Cat Blog Friday
Tuesday afternoon, I took Alison and her kids to my Uncle Bob's horse farm in Lexington. I wanted to introduce them to my extended family, and let the kids see some horses up close and personal. My aunt and uncle gave us a guided tour of their yearling barn and some of the adjacent facilities.
As we walked out the back of the barn, we were greeted by the resident cat. If it has a name, my aunt and uncle don't know what it is. They aren't even sure where the cat came from. It is assumed it just moved in and made itself at home.

That is Alison's hand giving the kitty a scratch on the head.
And here is Unnamed Cat basking in the glow of all the attention she received from Alison, the kids, and me. Alison has also posted a picture of the kitty.

That is a GORGEOUS cat! Wow. For a barn kitty, looks very well cared for too.
Thanks for sharing the outdoor kitty pics :) Love them!

I love the color and stripes on that cat. We have two accidental cats--a barn cat that my husband stole away from its mother and a stray that we have adopted. Both have quirky, nasty temperaments and combined with our two teenage daughters are the reason beer was invented.

I'm so glad you two are having a good time.
Now, when is Alison moving to the states?!?
