Welcome to Bluegrass Airport! We have plenty of time before our flight (you need to click that link), and we've exhausted the retail possibilities here. There's always the bar, but it's not even 4 p.m. yet. I thought I'd leave [Read More]

Being early can't be over-rated- the Bluegrass Airport having free wifi... priceless- have a great trip and enjoy the tasty whisky for us!!!!

Mist 1

Gawd, I love free wifi.

Margaret

That is a minor error. It would have been much worse if you'd read it incorrectly the OTHER direction.

The CEO

Free wifi. And do they also have food and beverages at this airport so you can get the proper attitude before emplaning?

melanie

better safe than sorry! wifi... :drools:

Daisy

emplaning?

*stores new verb away for future use*

Shopping! That is what extra time at the airport is for. Honestly, you can find the coolest stuff at airport shops. Airport shops and hospitals. I'm not making this up. There is a store in the DFW airport that sells these amazing paper flowers. Huge things. And you can find the coolest Mexican postcards. Great stuff. I found one of my favorite perfumes at LAX - it is called Dirt and since then I've found where I can replenish my supply locally. But I discovered it at the airport. Same thing with international magazines, funky purses, and of course the ubiquitous t-shirt. That is why you always travel with an empty carry-on. So in case your plane is delayed you have a place to stash the loot!

El

The word is actually eNplaning. Then again, who's checking proper spelling?
*looks at Ali*

Allan

Emplane is an acceptable variant of enplane.

Ali already knew that. Thus no correction of the CEO for its usage.
