Ingredients
- 1 lb. tiny new potatoes
- 2 tablespoons plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
In a medium sauce pan, cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 12 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Drain.
In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, rosemary, mustard, and lemon juice. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
Makes 4 servings of 1.5 WW points per serving.
